Jim Gillespie, R.Ph., FAAFRM, CCN, Owner |

Jim, owner of Huntsville Compounding Pharmacy, graduated from University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 1968. After graduating, he began work for the US Public Health Service in Baltimore, Maryland. During his time with the US Public Health Service, he obtained extensive training and knowledge about compounding pharmacy and was involved in the implementation of one of the first hospital wide infusion services. He went on to work in community pharmacy for the next 25 years. He opened the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in 1996 and began offering community based compounding services shortly after completing Compounding Primary Training through Professional Compounding Centers of America located in Houston, Texas. In January 2001, Jim opened Huntsville Compounding Pharmacy as a compounding only pharmacy, one of only a handful in the US. In 2007, Jim became a Fellow and a Diplomate in the Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine Society. In 2009, Jim obtained his Certified Clinical Nutritionist certification. |

Phillip Rigsby, Pharm.D. |

Phillip, a native of Huntsville, graduated from the Harrison School of Pharmacy -- Auburn University with his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2000. He has experience in retail pharmacy, long-term care pharmacy and home infusion pharmacy. He began working for HCP in 2003 as a compounding pharmacist. Phillip is very active in his profession and community. He is a past-president of the Madison County Pharmacy Association and the Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy Alumni Association. Phillip is married to Pamela Crane Rigsby, of Huntsville, and has two sons, Preston and Parker. He is also a volunteer firefighter/EMT with Monrovia Fire Department. |

Brandy is a Certified Pharmacy Technician. She has been with HCP since 2004. Brandy is our Front End Supervisor. |
